The INTOS Method

Stop studying English. Start **doing** English. Your journey to real-world fluency, simplified.

Our Core Pillars

Goal-Oriented

Every lesson is a measurable step toward a real-life objective: presentation, negotiation, debate, etc.

Communication First

We prioritize fluency and confidence. Accuracy is polished after the message gets across, exactly like in the real world.

💡

Adaptive Learning

Your curriculum adjusts based on the language you *actually* need to fix during the task cycle, not just fixed textbook pages.

The Dynamic 3-Phase Lesson Cycle

1. PRE-TASK

Get ready to speak.

2. TASK CYCLE

Communicate now.

3. LANGUAGE FOCUS

Refine and perfect.

PHASE 1: PRE-TASK (15 min)

Preparation & Strategic Input

This stage sets the goal and gives you the tools you need. You’ll see the task successfully completed by an expert, and we’ll pre-teach the crucial vocabulary and phrases needed to succeed.

  • **Goal Setting:** Clearly define the real-world communication task (e.g., «Negotiate a 10% raise»).
  • **Model Study:** Observe authentic examples of the task being performed.
  • **Tool Kit:** Acquire 5-10 strategic phrases specific to the task.
PHASE 2: TASK CYCLE (25 min)

Fluency and Execution

This is the key moment: you execute the task. You are encouraged to use whatever language you have. The focus is on communication and completion, not perfection.

  • **Unmonitored Attempt:** Perform the task in pairs/groups while the teacher observes silently.
  • **Success/Failure:** Report the outcome. Did you negotiate the raise?
  • **Error Capture:** The teacher discreetly notes 3-5 key errors made across the group for later, targeted practice.
PHASE 3: LANGUAGE FOCUS (20 min)

Accuracy, Analysis, and Mastery

We address the specific language errors *you* made. We analyze the grammar and vocabulary needed, practice the corrected forms, and re-run the task to lock in the improvement.

  • **Targeted Feedback:** Collective correction of the observed errors.
  • **Refined Practice:** Mini-drills and exercises focused only on the missing language.
  • **Re-do:** A quick final attempt at the task, applying the improved language for instant confidence.
